With the exception of Kaiser, your insurance will cover lab work and most medications. At this time, we do not accept insurance for office visits. We accept cash, debit, or credit, and payment is due at the time services are rendered.
In-person and telemedicine appintments available.
After your initial consultation, follow up visits are:
1st year - every 3 months
2nd year - every 4 months
3rd+ year - every 6-12 months

Follow up visits (25 min) …$120
Short visit (15 min)…$55
Estradiol or testosterone pellets…$500
Lab Panel (without insurance)…$125
In-office injections…$25/35
Missed appointment fee…$300, 120, or 55
